Private assistance
Rivera is not a government agency, lender, credit bureau, law firm or CPA firm. Official procedures may be free even where private assistance carries fees. Agency and third-party charges, if any, are identified in the quote.
Credit and third-party decisions
Scores, deletions, financing, awards, approvals and timelines are not guaranteed. Users can perform the offered tasks themselves. There is no right to require removal of accurate, current, verifiable negative information. Applicable federal and state credit service requirements are not replaced by these terms.
Using Niklaus
Niklaus is AI and may be wrong. Verify important decisions with official sources and appropriate professionals. Availability depends on infrastructure and quotas. The local guide is explicitly identified and is not generative conversation. Do not use the service to deceive, file false disputes, abuse systems or disclose third-party data without authorization.
Rights and questions
